Why we decided to go Torrent-ial….
Lot’s of people have asked me why we decided to release our latest update via torrent and here I shall you exactly why.
Media Sources
As part of the continious improvement we’re striving for with both this site and our very own update, I’ve noticed that I’ve completely over looked Media sources this year! So what we’re looking for is people to pop over to this thread and let us (and others) know your clubs website or a football website from your country so that we can continue to make Football Manager updates better for everybody.

Virus!
Chances are if you’re looking for our latest update, you’ve ended up here as the original download link has been deleted because of people falsely claiming it contained a virus. Not now or has there ever been a virus contained in any of my updates, I run a stringent sequence of events before uploading my databases including defraging them (to cut the download size for you guys down) and virus checking my computer before and after I Zip/Rar them.
Which is why the “Idiots” who claimed that the latest (11/03/2007) update contained a virus annoyed me - not because they claimed it had a virus, it was the fact that they did nothing to back up their claims when over 100 other people had no problems what so ever!!
I might release another version this weekend although that depends if people are going to continuely sabotage my hard work!!!

Yep 240,000 players in the Database and 66,000 of them are on the dole and that’s why I’m asking for a wee bit of help.

Yes that is all! Well it’s not really - This site was born out of the frustration out of a lack of community for the Database editors that toiled away updating FM2006. Now after 3 months of nothingness today seemed like a good day to launch.
What am I aiming to achieve? Who knows - but it would be nice to have more complete updates, more updates & just a general sharing of information.
