A red panda named Sagi and an Indian peacock named Azul live on a tropical island in the South Seas. As they arrive home, they discover a small girl and her belongings washed up after a recent storm, and they name her “Ro” after the last two letters of the nameplate that remains on her chest. Ro spends her days on the island with Azul, Sagi, and Tika, a newborn elephant. She has learned to communicate with animals and has grown into a lovely young woman.
