When Doraemon refuses to help him, Nobita searches for a solution and learns that Doraemon has won multiple “planet” lotteries, all of which are actually uninhabitable asteroids.

Nobita shows his buddies a random planet when they arrive, but they end up in a livable and lush world, much to his astonishment. They bring numerous toys to life with a clockwork screw and then proceed to construct a toy village. Doraemon also constructs a Photocopy Mirror and an Egg Factory, which produces live toys via toy eggs.
When they return to the city, they learn that the Egg Factory, which had been struck by lightning, has created toys with human-like intelligence. Meanwhile, Onigoro Kumatora, an escaped criminal, sneaks into Nobita’s house and enters the toy city. Onigiri steals Nobita’s city plan, replicates himself in the Egg Factory, and proceeds to the crater with his clones while Nobita and his pals are busy.
